Information We Collect
We collect only the information necessary to operate and improve the app. This includes:
- Device information: Device type, operating system version, and app version, collected automatically for crash reporting and compatibility.
- Usage analytics: Screens viewed, features used, and session duration — collected in anonymized form to help us understand how the app is used.
- Purchase information: Subscription status and transaction identifiers, processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play. We do not store your payment card details.
- Locally stored data: Partner names, conversation history, language preference, and notification settings are stored only on your device and are never transmitted to our servers.
We do not collect your name, email address, or any personally identifiable information unless you contact us directly.
How We Use Your Data
- App performance: To diagnose crashes, fix bugs, and monitor stability.
- Product improvement: To understand which features are used and improve the experience.
- Purchase verification: To confirm active subscriptions and unlock premium features.
- Customer support: If you contact us, we use the information you provide solely to respond to your request.
Third-Party Services
The app integrates the following third-party services that may collect data as described in their own privacy policies:
- Firebase (Google LLC): Used for analytics and crash reporting. Firebase may collect device identifiers and usage events. Data is processed by Google in accordance with their Privacy Policy.
- RevenueCat: Used to manage in-app subscriptions and purchases. RevenueCat processes transaction data to verify entitlements. See their Privacy Policy.
- Apple App Store / Google Play: Purchases are processed directly by Apple or Google under their respective terms and privacy policies. We do not have access to your payment information.
Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to any third party. Data is shared only in the following limited circumstances:
- Service providers: Third-party services listed above (Firebase, RevenueCat) receive data only as required to perform their function.
- Legal requirements: We may disclose data if required by law, court order, or to protect the rights and safety of our users or the public.
- Business transfers: In the event of a merger or acquisition, user data may be transferred as part of the transaction. You will be notified of any change in ownership.
Data Security
We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the data we collect against unauthorized access, disclosure, or destruction. Most user data (partner names, preferences) never leaves your device. Analytics data transmitted to Firebase is encrypted in transit. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Data Retention
Locally stored data (partner names, settings) is retained on your device until you delete the app. Analytics data collected through Firebase is retained in accordance with Google's data retention settings, typically no longer than 14 months. Purchase records are retained by Apple and Google under their own policies. You may request deletion of any data we hold about you at any time by contacting us at hello@407.studio.
Children's Privacy
Amo is intended for users aged 17 and older and is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at hello@407.studio and we will promptly delete it. If we learn that we have inadvertently collected such data, we will take immediate steps to remove it.
Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have the following rights regarding your data:
- Access: Request a copy of the data we hold about you.
- Correction: Request correction of inaccurate data.
- Deletion: Request deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten").
- Portability: Request your data in a portable format (GDPR).
- Objection: Object to processing based on legitimate interests (GDPR).
- Opt-out of analytics: You can disable analytics collection through your device's privacy settings (iOS: Settings → Privacy → Analytics; Android: Settings → Google → Ads).
- California residents (CCPA): You have the right to know what personal information is collected, to request deletion, and to opt out of the sale of personal information. We do not sell personal information.

International Data Transfers
407 Studio is based in India. By using the app, you acknowledge that data may be processed in countries outside your own, including the United States (where Google and RevenueCat servers are located). These countries may have different data protection laws than your country. We rely on the data processing agreements and standard contractual clauses maintained by our third-party providers to ensure adequate protection.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. If changes are material, we will notify you through the app or via a notice on this page. Continued use of the app after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
